Before business school I did field research at Vanderbilt, which is where the statistics started.

The auto-reply handles the first reply. Pricing, scheduling, and the real conversation still come from you, and the auto-quoter below gives you a head start on the pricing.

Someone fills out your form

Your current website form works. If you don't have one, I can set up a simple form you can link to.

Step 2

They get a real reply right away

It repeats back what they asked for, so they know someone read it, and asks for the one or two things you need to quote.

You get the short version

An email with how urgent it looks, a one-line summary, what's still missing, and exactly what the customer was told.

If a draft mentions a price, a discount, a day, or a time, it's swapped for a plain "we got your request" reply.
